Budget check with standard plan
First of all, please check the budget for building a house according to our standard plan, and if you are satisfied with the balance of specifications, design, and budget, we will proceed to the basic design.
Please tell us about your passion for building a house. We will work together to think about the shape of the customer’s ideal home and the direction they are aiming for.
BASIC DESIGN
In order to understand your requirements in detail, you will be asked to fill out an order sheet. We will develop a plan based on the customer’s request, site survey, and financial plan.
Once the rough estimate of the plan has been determined, we will draw a basic design and present a rough estimate at the same time.
DETAILED DESIGN
Once you are satisfied with the basic design and quotation, we will proceed to the detailed design stage. Once the detailed design has been finalized after repeated meetings, we will carry out various application procedures in addition to the design.
If the final quotation is approved, the contract will be signed.
Groundbreaking ceremony / Start of construction
A groundbreaking ceremony will be held before the construction begins. The groundbreaking ceremony is a ceremony to appease the gods of the land and obtain permission to use the land. The customer and the construction staff will perform the ceremony under the supervision of the priest who is the head of the ceremony.
In the case of rebuilding, demolition work of the existing building will be carried out before the groundbreaking ceremony. In addition, if it is determined that the ground survey is an improvement, improvement work will be started.
Third-party inspections are carried out from the foundation work.
Upper building ceremony /erection
After the foundation work is completed, it is finally time to go up. It is a fun day to see the customer’s house that has been confirmed in the drawings take shape. This will complete the general framework. A number of carpenters will take the lead in assembling the building, and when the building is built, a topping-up ceremony will be held.
Following the foundation work, a third-party inspection will be carried out for the frame work and waterproofing work.
During the construction period
When construction begins, a large number of related contractors come and go, and it becomes a rush at once. We will always pay attention to safety, organization, curing, etc. as we proceed with construction.
As the construction progresses, we will discuss finishing details from time to time. Customers are encouraged to actively come to the tour, and if you have any observations or ideas, please let the site staff know. If changes or additions are possible, we will adopt them.

Completion Verification
We will conduct a completion inspection and make corrections where necessary.
In addition, there are cases where we ask for your cooperation in the completion tour before delivery. The completion tour will be held by appointment only and will be limited to a small number of people, and we will take all possible care from preparation to house cleaning.
In addition, if you cooperate, you will receive benefits.
handover
If the completion inspection is successfully completed, it will be handed over.
At the time of handing over, we will explain the use of the housing equipment and give you the key to the house, various instruction manuals, various warranty cards, etc. In addition, after the handover, you will receive a photo album and photo movie that summarize your memories from the groundbreaking ceremony to the completion and handover.

A 20-year ground warranty is provided from the date of delivery.
10-year defect warranty liability insurance
Defect warranty liability insurance for 10 years from delivery is included.
Periodic inspection and visit of security
