How long does the construction typically take?

- Approximately 3-5 months for “Hearing and Planning to Detailed Design Completion”
During this phase, we gather information from you and create detailed plans for your home. - Approximately 2 weeks for “Contract Signing to Pre-construction Preparation”
This step involves finalizing the contract and preparing for construction before work begins. - Approximately 4-6 months for “Groundbreaking Ceremony to Handover”
The construction process starts with the groundbreaking ceremony and concludes with the handover of your completed home.
How much should I prepare for the design fee?
We are a construction company that provides total support from design, construction, and maintenance. If you reach an agreement, there will be no design fee. If the design and supervision is done by other design firm, please consider this separately.
Can you consult with me about the land for home-building?

Do you offer any after-care services?
Yes, we have established a after-care services system to ensure that you can live comfortably for a long time.
- After delivery, free of charge regular inspections will be carried out in 1, 5, 10, and 15 years.
- We visit your home once a year in December to check for any problems.
- We send you regular newsletters to provide you with useful information for your daily life.
- We also have a system in place to quickly respond to any sudden problems that may arise with your home.

Our staff could help to handle “Housing Performance Evaluation Certification” applications for BELS (Building Energy Efficiency Labeling System), Long-Term Excellent Housing, etc.
Can you build a house that is suitable for cold region in Nagano?
Yes, when we build houses, we are able to achieve HEAT20, which exceeds Hokkaido standard.
